[The Deadly Kyoya Clan]

Seishogan (魔力眼, lit. Energy Eye) is a Kekkei Genkai and a Dojutsu used by members of the Kyoya Clan. Seishogan abilities involve the use in chakra. In terms of appearance, the eye being used appears light grey, with a hurricane-like texture surrounding the iris.
The Seishogan's first special ability grants the user to see and sense chakra of the surrounding. Seishogan can see the chakra flow of a person when the eyes are open and can sense chakra of the surrounding when the eyes are close. It can see and sense chakra at the same time by closing and opening each eye, but the effectiveness will decrease.

The Seishogan's second most prominent special ability allows the user to absorb the chakra surrounding. Normally, when a shinobi casts a jutsu, a small amount of chakra will leak out. The chakra is invisible for the naked eye, but Seishogan users can see it. By activating the second ability, the Seishogan will automatically absorb the chakra surrounding into the user. Absorbing that chakra will mean bumping down each jutsu by one rank, meaning S-Rank jutsu effect will be A-Rank etc.. The user needs to be close from the Jutsu though, and he needs full concentration, as he can't absorb the chakra from a surprise attack. It also means that the user can keep a very high chakra pool.

The Seishogan's third and the most powerful special ability is manipulating chakra that the user produces. By controlling the chakra shape and movement, they can turn it into a deadly weapon. This ability drains the user's chakra significantly. Each user has its signature color for this chakra.
